Great Way Up  Sucess!

After descending the boulder field after the triple traverse I was very glad we took the Robinson up. Not a bad climb at all. Saw some mountain goats, too!

Triple Traverse  Sucess!

Did the Triple Traverse going up the Robinson Variation and down via Lake Blanche, which was a very rewarding and fun scramble. See "Good Things Come in Threes" trip report for details.

Twin's via Robinson  Sucess!

Joined a couple others on this route up after backpacking into the valley the night before. Made a loop of it coming down the more traditional approach.

Always up, never down  Sucess!

I would recommend going up this route and not down. There are some exposure and free climbing rocks if you stay on the ridge the whole way. Great place to see goats!

Good Scramble  Sucess!

Did the route with Curt and other SP'ers. Heck of a scramble, but doable. As I neared the top I saw mountain goat waiting for us, but he was gone by the time I hit the ridge.

Great scramble, lots of fun  Sucess!

Did this route with a great group of SLC-area SPers. I really enjoyed the scrambling and the views. There was a little bit of scree and loose crap, but it was much less onerous than the scree and thistles we found while descending the regular Broads Fork route.
