Route climbed: Normal route from the Lenkjoechl hut
Normal route from the Lenkjoechl hut was our goal but we reached only the ridge around 3300m below the upper face because of strong snowstorm (IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY) and foggy weather. We had a lot of new snow, around 30cm. When we came back to Lenkjoechl hut the weather was sunny!
Route Climbed: From Valle Aurina (italian side) - Giogolungo Hutte Date Climbed: august 1982
A wonderful sunny day with Nace Cretnik, Francesco and Gianni. Difficulties to overcome about 150 meters under the top. The ridge, very exposed, was difficult for us.
