Nice composition

I always thought that the rope ladder I read about was more myth than reality, or at least somewhat terse. But now I see that it is a real help and well made. Looks like those rangers rebuild it occasionally. I wonder though, is there a possible bypass to gain the final turn?

You could bypass it, but you would probably lose time. There's a lot of scree to the right of the ladder that would be a pain to cross. The ladder only loses around 50 ft. of elevations, only takes a minute or two to get back to that elevation.

Also Panic Peak is on the top right and Snow Dome is to the left of Panic Peak. A little easier to point out in this picture.
