| This time around the green dots were already gone. Still the path had become more pronounced and silly us reached the summit at the first try. Beautiful weather with incredible views of Pico Viejo, Teide and El Sombrero. | |

| First visit to Tenerife and we hiked and climbed one of the most beautiful routes in the north of the Canadas del Teide. While coming up Roques del Cedro from the west we met a guy who was marking the route with green dots. He told us he was not allowed to do this but rather than having everybody trudge along his/her own path a single one would keep nature more intact. After passing him we consequently got lost on our way to the top... | |
