Round Top

I had hiked up Round Top, dropped down to the saddle then up Davis Mtn as shown in the background. I wasn't off the mountain even fifteen minutes before the skies opened up and put some nice water on those slopes. The road you see here continues on up to the south of Davis but I only used about two hundred feet of it, the rest was cross country as shown by the descent route in this pic. Just before I reached the road, a mountain biker went whizzing by. He was a long way from somewhere. 4-11-09
