Approach

Approach the base of this route the same way as approaching 'Snowball'.
This climb starts below a line of bolts on the left hand side of the wall.

Route Description

Climb small rounded edges and sloping holds (10b) to the 1st bolt (10'). Pass two more bolts before reaching a small roof/undercling. Pass over the roof (.11a) and clip bolt #4 before locating a sized medium "hole". Head past the hole and clip the #5 and final bolt before topping out on a large ledge (70'). Rappel or lower off this.

Essential Gear

Quickdraws and pro to 1/2" (#3 Metolius TCU fits nicely under the small roof)

Aurora Borealis Variation

A variation of 'Aurora' has been done (Aurora Borealis, .10d). Start the same as 'Aurora'. At the second bolt of 'Aurora', climb left and up by following a left trending line of bolts (4 total). Decend the same as 'Aurora'. FA unknown.
