Approach

Follow a standard and clearly marked class 1 trail to Gibson Lake.

Route Description

Upon reaching the lake, head to the left side of the lake and proceed up a fairly steep wall to the south ridge. The majority of the hike from there will be a walk, with a small amount of scrambling and scree hiking close to the summit. The summit is somewhat small, but offers great views of Grays and Torreys, and a distant Mount of the Holy Cross.

Essential Gear

No technical equipment will be needed for this hike.
