Approach

Take the Mason Lake trail until you come to a sign that splits the Bandera trail from the Mason Lake trail.

Route Description

Section along Mason Lake trail is railroad grade - very nice approach. From the trail split, it starts a straight up hike with some big steps.

Essential Gear

10 essentials and normal gear per the season for a Western Cascade hike (raingear if weather calls for it, snowshows in the winter, etc).

Miscellaneous Info

If you have information about this route that doesn't pertain to any of the other sections, please add it here.
