Approach

Start from the trail at the end of Perry Parkway and the start of the dirt access road (see main description).

Begin switchbacking steeply before leveling out and heading west and north around the west end of Table Mountain below the cliffs. Eventually the trail exits onto a gravel road. Turn right and climb up the road cut.

Route Description

Once through the cliffs, leave the road near the old quarry by turning to the right. Follow a faint trail towards the obvious high point which is the summit.

Expect 45-50 minutes to reach the summit from the parking lot.

Essential Gear

Nothing more than you would usually carry for a 2 hour hike close to home.
