From the airport take freeway GC 1 northward to the exit Telde, turn westward onto GC 10 and then in Telde take GC 41 in the direction of Vega de San Mateo. There turn left on GC15, direction Cruz de Tejeda, where you meet GC 60, which you follow just to an intersection. Here you turn left on GC608 and drive through to the end of the road at La Culata.

From the center of La Culata take the road to the end of the hamlet. Before the road takes a sharp turn left a trail starts to the right which crosses the Barranco. After some 400m you encounter a couple of intersections where you always take the right one and head for the northern face of Roque Nublo. After an hour you get to Degollada Blanca from where you can ascend to the Tablon del Nublo in another 15min.
