Dig In Bro!

Approach

Approach the counter, wipe drool from chin. State to the friendly cashier: "I'd like those famous fish tacos please!"

Route Description

These aren't your ordinary fish tacos. Huge hunks of fish, one generously slathered with mango plum pineapple salsa, the other with with ginger coleslaw. The whole package is complimented by a Brazilian black bean extravaganza.

Goes especially well with the fruity margaritas offered up.

Bob Burd expertly adds: "If having them for the first time, it is important to get the standard one mango / one slaw version so you can get the full experience. Later, if you find that you particularly enjoy one over the other, the staff is happy to accomodate requests for both the same (I'm partial to the mango version myself)."

Essential Gear

Napkins, Cerveza and about ten bucks. Ice axe, crampons and a pitcher of margaritas may be required in early season.

"This is a one line proof...if we start sufficiently far to the left."
