Route Description

From the parking spot, start heading out west across the desert flats towards Wind Mountain. A short distance later, you may encounter a narrow, 10’ deep gully with steep sides. You may have to jump across it. Cross the flats to reach the base of Wind Mountain. Once you reach it, start climbing up. There isn't any one particular route that must be chosen. Just keep climbing up the path of least resistance. Make the final push to the summit, where you can enjoy the views. Wind Mountain can probably be climbed from any direction.
