How to get to Chata pri Zelenom Plese see the main page of Kezmarsky Stit
Route Description
Take the red-marked trail leading to Skalnata Chata and follow it to Sedlo pod Svist’ovkou / Rakuska Przełęcz (1 h 30 min).
On the pass turn right (west) and climb up by a ridge through scree - bypass rocks on the left side (south) of the ridge. Next turn to a wide, scree chute (cairns) and climb it up back on a little pass in our ridge. Follow more about few meters the ridge to the place where it becomes precipitous. Here turn left to a narrow chute. By this chute climb up and through a steep slab back on the ridge which forms here “rocky horse”, but easy (3m). From this place the ridge becomes a wide scree crest – follow it on a top of Maly Kezmarsky Stit (1 h 30 min).
On the top turn left (south) and climb down by easy ridge on a pass and next still in the same direction climb up through rocky blocks on Kezmarsky Stit (15 min).
Essential Gear
Normal hiking gear. In winter crampons and ice-axe.
