Getting There-By your car,direction to Harachov.
-By bus from:Prague,Hradec Kralove,Brno,Usti nad Labem,Liberec,Kolin,Jicin,Mlada Boleslav,Vrchlabi.
-By train:direction to Stara Paka,then Martinice v Krkonosich and then rokytnice nad Jizerou.
But the trainstation is far away from the city center.
Essential Gearnothing specialRoute DescriptionIt was very warm July day.Shade temperature was about 30° C .Me and my brother decided ,that we’ll go to a walk.So,we went down from our cottage above town Rokytnice nad Jizerou and after a half an hour we reached main square in the town.On the main square,there is a mark,which led us to big crossroad Rucicky.This way was boring,we went on the sun on meadows above the town and then we walked in trees.After an hour we reached the crossroad Rucicky.Our direction was Vosecka bouda,but we didn’t walk directly over Plech,but we choosed the lower way to Harachov in the forest.After 10 minutes we turned from main road to the other road on the rightside.It was hot day,so we often drunk a water and we refreshed by water from small brook on the rightside.This part of our walk was very nice.We walked this road one hour and then on the leftside over the beautifull valley we could see our destination Vosecka bouda.But this view we hadn’t for long time,because we went down into the valley and finally we walked to crossroad Krakonosova snidane.We refreshed in the humming brook near crossroad and then we started last part of our ascent to Vosecka Bouda.We walked on the wide way and after half an hour from Krakonosova snidane,we reached the cottage Vosecka bouda.It was closed(because we started our way after lunch,so we were in the cottage at 6 o’clock),but barman gave a juice and mineral water to us.We enjoyed the nice atmosphere in the late afternoon in Krkonose and then we came down to Krakonosova snidane.From crossroad we walked up the same way,but only a few minutes,because we turned left to small narrow way,which goes up to Plech.We went up especially in the forest and then we reached Plech.From Plech we descended on the stone way to Rucicky.Then we went down to our cottage,which is situated closely above starting place of cablecar.
