Drive to Santa Croce Lake (Autoroute A27).
Follow to Pieve d'Alpago and then Rif.Carota.
Just over Rif. Carota turn right and go to C.ra Stabili, just in the middle of the valley. Usually this road is very icy.

Cima Lastei is part of the Col Nudo summit in the Alpago group.

Route Description

Follow the mark 965 up to C.ra Scalet Bassa.
The route climbs in the forest and sometimes you must take off your skies.
After this little hell you are in the most wide valley of Alpago group.
On your left you can see Cima Secca, in front of you the Col Nudo and on the
right your target: Cima Lastei.

It is very easy to find out Passo Valbona (look at the picture above) and cross all the valley.
It is easier but it would be better not to stay too close to the Cima Lastei cliff becouse of avalanche and rocks.

When you are on the saddle turn left and follow the ridge up to the top.

Descent

Follow the same route of the ascent.
When you are in the big valley and in a cold day it is better to cross all the valley and ski on the right side.
