From the main refuge road turn right to Lake Rush and then Left to Lake Jed Johnson parking on the Northeast side of the lake. See Main page description.Route DescriptionAdd Route Description text here.
From parking take the trail to the lookout on the West side of the lake. Proceed West to the edge of the trees with little elevation gain. At this point turn Southeast and cross the drainage to the Southeast spur. From this point no trail exist. Climb Northwest to a flat area on the South side of the peak, requires minor scrambling as boulders are encountered.
