Route Description

Much of the route for Kandigan is identical to the route for Siyalan Peak and will not be repeated here (Please use this link to see the Route page for Siyalan). The only difference is that at the 3870 m saddle, instead of turning east to climb Siyalan, you will turn west and follow the ridge top to the summit of Kandigan. The one-way distance from the saddle to Kandigan is 0.6 Km per my GPS.

Essential Gear

Camping Equipment. In early summer an ice axe might come in handy in the steep snow fields in one or two spots.
