Overview

This is a route just to the right of Ashtar Command on Ashtar Tower. It makes for a good morning work out along with Ashtar Command. The route stays in the shade in the morning and gets in the sun later.

Getting There

Basically follow directions to Ashtar Tower. Park on the left side of the road just before Mt Carmel Tunnel. Smile to the rangers at the tunnel and quickly cross the road before they start asking questions why you parked there and head uphill towards the tower.

Route Description

This is a single pitch route. It starts with very thin gear and goes up for 15ft before you can start clipping bolts to the anchors. The bolt anchors are just to the right and below the anchors of the first pitch of Ashtar Command (5.9, 2P).

Essential Gear

Purple or blue TCUs or blue/green aliens for the start and few more pieces up to 2 inches and 4 draws for the bolts. One 60m rope is sufficient.
