OverviewBall and Chain is a great route with steep and challenging climbing. The climbing is both free and aid, with the smallest crack being a knifeblade size, to the largest being a #6 BD Camalot.

Route DescriptionThe overhanging crack system in the dark cleft to the right of Prodical Son. Good routeEssential GearCams from the smallest to the Largest BD. Camalot. Ballnuts would be really great. Tons of stoppers. A Big Bro would be great also. Sawed Off #3 angle pitons, regular #2 angles, knifeblades, and lost arrows. This route has been done clean at C3+, but we found many placements to be blown out and nearly useless.
