That name

doesn't sound Italian - a lot of the others you mention in the overview section don't either. Strange...

.Thank you Gangolf!..in fact the first population of this valley were German who mostly came from Bavaria and Bohemia between 1400 and 1500. The Cultural Institute Mocheno -Cimbro protect the cultural heritage and ethnographic wealth of this german speaking population in Val dei Mocheni
