| As we were not very well acclimatized, we were real slow going up. Once we were more or less on the summit, it turned out to be sort of a plateau with lots of peaks, so we spent quite a lot of time trying to find the true summit. | |

| We have started from Harmantepe (2100 m) and made a camp in about 2900 m. Next day we reach the summit (Southern Peak) after about 6 hours. It is not difficult, but over 3300-3500 m it is much snow in June there. We made pictures and film on the way also, in other conditions you can reach the summit faster. Walking poles and wind protection are reccomended. | |

| It was long route to find the summit- I spend almost 4 hours looking for it with GPS. I climbed alone. | |
