| Beautiful hike that lives up to the hype. The river crossing were a bit swift without hiking poles (one of my poles broke so I decided to go without for the trip back from the bridge). Glad we got a late start because the scenery is even more incredible at sunset. Gorgeous! | ||

| Trekked to the Bridge to Nowhere. UCLA sorority bungee jumping from bridge. Extremely entertaining! | ||

| Went on a hot summer day to the Bridge of Nowhere. Very crowded and many people of all sorts along the trail. The river crossings are fun but you can limit them when you stay high and on the east side as much of possible. | ||

| First time I went to the canyon was in April 2009 - hiked up to the Bridge to Nowhere and spent a night nearby in May 2010. Love hiking off trail up the canyon especially. There are lots of nice swimming holes :) | ||

| The Bridge to Nowhere was one of my very first campouts as a young Boy Scout, and was one thing that got me very interested in hiking. I've gone back there more times than I can tell, and each time is a refreshing adventure. I've ran half the way back, gotten lost in the dark, seen bighorn sheep many a time, and slept on the bridge (shh, don't tell anyone that last bit, it's probably not allowed). And recently, I've returned again and again to the area to climb Iron Mountain. Always a beautiful area, and a perfect Summer hike. | ||

| This was a fairly easy hike. There isn't much altitude gain, but it is a bit technically challenging with the river crossings. This made finding the trail somewhat difficult at times, which resulted in a little bushwhacking. The river wasn't overflowing, but it was brimming at some places and it was inevitable that someone was going to get wet. The bridge was a fairly anticlimactic. It is basically a bridge in the middle of nowhere. I certainly would do this hike again for the bridge, but rather the nice scenery and the fun hiking conditions. | ||

| Good memories with Theron the manimal. We hiked in with no water and no food. Idiots. Went swimming in a "lake" off the river. did some boulder jumping. saw a giant water bug.(dead) And as we were dying of thirst on the way out some dude offered us warm beer. We declined. | ||

| I hiked this on a 3 day Memorial Day weekend trip from East Fork of the San Gabriel River, past the Bridge to Nowhere, to Vincent Gap, Baden-Powell and then down Islip to Bear Creek. The trail is almost non-existant in places but not too hard to find a route. Very few people above the Bridge to Nowhere. | ||

| banjobonch | Nice...if it's raining | |
| This is a real pretty area but in my experience, if you come in any type of nice weather, you get a lot of people near the water. | ||

| This is a nice but crowded area. The higher you go the better. The lesser-known Tunnel To Nowhere (actually two tunnels) is also very cool. They use it in a recent Toyota truck commercial. | ||
