do that #8 ? If so, you climb a lot better than I ever did.
I can never climb like you, but I only wish I could do pages like yours. Give me about ten years. This, like all your other pages, is amazing, Dan.
Happy bouldering,
Marc
LOL, no I didn't do it, but not for want of trying I can assure you! I'm not a particularly skilled boulderer, I can get to V3 alright, but anything harder I tend to fall off. Plus I'm not particularly good on the slopey holds, which most of the harder problems at this spot require one to be. To be fair on myself though, I've only been climbing regularly for a little under a year, and am only just seeing the benefit of that now. So onwards an upwards as they say!
If you ever need any help with the html on your pages, give me a shout; but I think they look pretty good already, clean, clear and well-presented.
Dan, you shouldn't have offered to help with my HTMLs. I do need help, and since you are offering, I will ask via PMs.
If you can crank V3s, you are very good. At my best, I could barely do a few V2s. You really don't need any more than that for even the hardest rock and ice routes.
Thanks a million for the offer Dan,
Marc
It's no problem at all, I'd be happy to help; just send any questions you have through and I'll give you a hand if I can. On the bouldering I should say I struggle at V3, and the problems I have completed at that grade took a lot of practice. Normally I'm happiest around V1, and even then I fall off a lot!
Cheers
Dan
Thanks very much. These are the beginnings of a couple of pages, one that is nearly finished and will be posted next weekish and another much bigger project which I’m slowly working on and won’t be finished for a few months yet. Both are about Pembroke in Wales. Not a mountainous area, but one filled with some of the best trad climbs in Britain, and one of the most beautiful coastlines anywhere.
Cheers
Dan

A Mermaidis the only thing (sorry if it sounds sexist:)) missing from this page. Why doesn't it go under rock/area banner?
