Voted 10/10 | Hello!!! I checked this determination. Looking at this picture, I think this is rather a plant from Caryophyllaceae. Diapensia lapponica forms a cushion and is evergreen. Flowers are on short stalks. It looks rather like some species of Minuartia. Of course, I can be wrong.
