Sangres Panorama from Curley Peak | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
Taking in a Sangre de Cristo Panorama from Curley Peak in the Wet Mountains. One of the best things about the Wet Mountains is that they serve as a perfect plantform from which to view the mighty Sangres. March 2008; Photo credit: Paul Stratmoen Comments[ Post a Comment ] | BobSmith | Whoa. | |

I fly west from here a lot for work, and I LOVE flying over the Sangres. What a special mountain range!

Voted 10/10 | Thanks for posting this photo. I've always wanted to see the Sangres from the Wet Mtns. Every time I'm in Canon City I vision myself hiking a mountian in the Wet Mountains just to see this view. | | Posted Dec 28, 2009 2:53 am |

Well, it sounds like it's time, then, for you to get your butt down to the Wet Mountains this winter to enjoy this view! :)
We need more mountain attached to the Wet Mountains area page, so please feel free to contribute.
Cheers,
