Gangolf HaubPuez plateau crossing  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Jun 16, 2012

Gangolf Haub

Started at Wolkenstein and hiked Val Chedul to Crespeina Saddle. From there to Sas da Ciampac. Descent towards Ciampaj Saddle, then to Puez Hut and Puez Saddle. Impressive views there. Returned to Wolkenstein though I had contemplated going on to Forca Sielles. Decided however to go there two days later with another tour

Very nice climb, short approach, VERY easy descent, nice and relaxed climb. Furtunately, it was not crowded when we were there, but because of the characteristics given above it is easy to understand why it's popular.

Nice route with a - for it's grade - very challenging crux pitch.
