Climbed this early on the second morning of an overnighter out of the Kibbie Ridge trailhead. Descended via Otter Lake to meet the PCT, and returned via Jack Main Canyon and Lake Eleanor to make a big loop out of the hike. Great weekend.
Didn't carry a tent or bivy sack, but waited out an impressive evening/overnight storm in a couple of space blankets and a 50 degree REI bag. This setup worked surprisingly well for a lightweight backpacking trip. I think I even slept a little.
