Sergio Verdina climbing up...
Sergio Verdina climbing up through the steep snow chute between the 2nd and the 3rd Couloirs. A well-worn bootpath through soft snow greatly expedited progress. I am standing at the small saddle/snow arete located below the prominent tower that stands sentinel-like over the route. Photo taken April 26, 2003.
