Šar  Sucess!

Šar planina is magnificent and I have enjoyed it's beautiful landscape on twice. I was went there on the 30th of July 2005 registered with the police and made camp above Popova Šapka. Woke up early and headed off for Titov vrv which I reached in early afternoon. I met some guys on the saddle just below the summit.
In 2006 I went there again but this time I was all alone and I enjoyed it very much! Just me and mother nature...

Popova Shapka – Titov vrv  Sucess!

Unfortunately, the bad weather and very cold wind was following us most of the time to the peak. Visibility was very bad so we actually couldn't see anything around us.
We were on the top, but it seems like we werent't.

PD Smreka - Ceripashina

A group of six members of HPD Mosor (Split, Croatia) joined the planned hike to Titov vrv after abandoning the idea of climbing Golem Korab due to poor weather conditions. The day was very windy and cold, especially when we have reached the ridge. Visibility was poor, to say at least. Ascent started from "Smreka" hut in Popova Sapka and ended on Ceripashina peak (2525 m). General agreement was that continuing the climb was pointless. I'm already looking forward to the next year's attempt on Korab and Titov vrv and enjoy the thought of meeting the great people from Macedonia once again.
