Hiked from the TH at Chiver's to Crag Camp @ 6500' in the afternoon on 7/2. Between the rolling clouds, weather forecast, and foretelling lenticular forming, summit bid on 7/3 wasn't looking good. Whiteout conditions and consistent rain plagued camp from 2am - 8am on 7/3, so we opted for some crevasse rescue practice and hanging out at camp before skiing down. Pretty area, only ONE other climbing party (possibly due to weather, but this is still a low traffic route). Looks pretty, will be back!
