Route Description

The trailhead begins near some large rock outcroppings and split rail fencing. The trail follows an old jeep trail for the first 1.5 miles while crossing a few small streams. At the end of the Jeep trail hook left or South follow the well beaten pack trail for another 1.5 miles until you come to the saddle (meadow) area. From this point the trail continues West, I turned North and bushwhacked my way to the ridge line. Look hard for the trail while always staying on the right or East side of the ridge, you will come to the base of the last push. The last 600' consists of a handful of switchbacks up to the peak.
12± miles of trail (round trip) and 5,200' of elevation gain

Essential Gear

Summer - no technical gear is required.
There is plenty of water along the route for the first 2.75 miles
