Approach


The route follows the same as the approach of the North Face but goes further. It is situated at west side of the mountain and it is a good alternative if the north face is too crowded.

Route Description


The route is between 250 and 300 metres high has a steepness of 45 to 50 ° . It takes about 3,5 hours for the ascent from the col du Géant. The route is much more enclosed as the North Face.
