| This was my favorite summit trip of my 2012 primary hiking season. Martin Shetter and I ascended the peak via the southwest ridge route. The peak has a wide variety of terrain, from steep scree and dirt slopes, steep forests, steep meadows... I think you can catch the "steep" aspects of the route. Some scrambling and side-traversing, too. Fantastic views from the summit. I highly recommend this peak. | |
