Spring in the Smokies
I'm most often in the Smokies in March. There's already an album showing that month's dramatic mix of scenery, from snow and ice to daffodils and raging torrents.In April, the daffodils are gone but other wildflowers arrive. We saw some snow patches up high, and the Clingman's Dome Road is still closed. But spring is definitely here.
