A Great Day for Snowshoeing...

These are just a couple of pics from a recent snowshoe trip to Keweenaw County's Mount Baldy (or Mt. Lookout, depending on who you are talking to). It began as a cloudy day, but from the summit we could see sunny skies heading our way over Lake Superior and by the time we had begun to descend the sky way clear as a bell and the beautiful sunshine was keeping up plenty warm. After getting lost a little bit trying to find it, we ended up covering about 8 miles or so by the time we returned to our car (no worse for wear, I might add). Enjoy!
