Possibly the worst approach in the SierraSo far, this tops my list of least favorite approaches to a Sierra Peak. It makes George Creek seem like a piece of cake. There are steep, loose hillsides to traverse, thorny shrubbery awaiting you creekside, and endless talus rewarding you higher up for your trouble. If this route has any redeeming qualities, I was unable to discover them.
