| Classic route up a beautiful ridge line. Solid and fun class III all the way from the upper lake to the summit of Ellingwood. The descent through the talus wasn't fun, but the hike was great. Not sure I want to repeat the trudge up the Como Lake road in daylight! | |

| The worst part of the trip was the Como Lake road. I would almost prefer to drive the Southwest ridge of Ellingwood. | |

| Climbed this ridge after Little Bear the day before. It was more intense and exposed than Little Bear's standard route in my opinion. A fun day for sure. | |
