Without a doubt, Yale is most memorable in my brief mtn hiking career. It kicked my butt in 08 and, being from IL, I had to wait a full year for some payback! Then in Jul 09, wiser and better prepared, my partner and I successfully reached summit. For me, it was sweet.
the s. slopes trail is in horrible condition. wilderness? ya right. hey how about everyone just take a different way down so we can destroy this ecosysytem. By the way i summited at 12:30 am slept on the summit till 5:30 am and then went down
