Ranger JB- 40’- 5.8  Sucess!

This is a better 5.8 lead than the local guide suggests. A perfect 5.8 starter for the budding trad leader. Good sustained movement at the grade with plenty of gear options. Can share the same gear anchor as the other Ranger route to the left. Walks off to the east. Route gets sun most of the day. Single to #2.

Ranger JD- 40’- 5.6  Sucess!

A good lead for the budding trad leader. The left of two obvious cracks at the east end of Sports Challenge Rock. Both can be rapped from at the same gear belay at top and then the last person up can scramble down the east end. Single to #2. Route gets sun most of the day.

I Just Told You- 50’-5.10a*  Sucess!

A decent route, better than Ride a Wild Bago, 5.10a, to its left. Climb the right leaning thin crack sustained at the grade, to where it bends horizontal to the right to the southeast shoulder of the formation where you can set up a gear rap and/or walk off to the southeast when finished. Single to #1 with offset wires and/or cams and brassies. Route gets sun most of the day.
