That's a lot of meat on the hoof.
The 'annual cull' is open to any native
of Scotland, right? Does the person who
takes the animal down receive the meat?
As long as the person is 'licenced'
with the country of Scotland? Thanks!!!

I'll be honest, its not something I know too much about. I think what your saying is right though. I just know that there is a cull to keep the numbers down. A lot of people believe that the re-introduction of the wolf in Scotland would be a better solution to this problem.
