Starting down from Spider-Formidable Col on Stage 2 of the Ptarmigan Traverse. Lacking time to conveniently go all the way to Yang Yang Lakes, we camped on a rocky bench about 1/3 mile SW and 1000 feet below here. It was comfortable enough to use as a base camp to climb Formidable, though keeping salt-hungry deer at bay was sometimes a challenge.
