Sron na Lairig Ridge
Penelope May and I climbed this wonderful ridge (Scottish winter grade II) on January 30, 2010. Approached via Lairig Eilde valley and up the ridge. Had great conditions on it, clear, sunny day and a hard snow and ice all the way. Descended to the Lost Valley (a bit steep just below the saddle). What a beautiful route and a mountain.

A dry day!
Did the route up Coire Gabhail and continued over Bidean nam Bian and Stob Coire nan Lochan. Took about 8 hours, but this included plenty of stops to admire the fine views all round - especially over the Aonach Eagach to Ben Nevis.
