Voted 10/10 | The shadow on the wall!
And the interesting thing is, we cannot see the cloud that did it!

Hasn't voted | Hi Paulo,
happy to read you: the light was really special! During that day I met a friend come from Trieste, hidden behind a stone on Forcella Giau, and waiting the sunset to catch pictures... I was too tired for doing that!
Thanks for visiting.
ciao

Voted 10/10 | what makes these stones stand up like that! Any answers? Wait, I think I know the answer. Climbers did that.
Great photo Silvia,
Cheers,

Hasn't voted | Yes, i think the stones were placed in this curious way by some hiker or climber...
A curious coincidence has occurred some minutes ago...while thinking if the stones may fall down, i felt an earthquake shocking my table...The heartquake is real and has its epicentrum between Milan and Piacenza, 50 km. from Parma, my town...
Truly strange!
Many thanks Marc and have a good day.

Voted 10/10 | I think the earthquake there is my fault. I should have never asked about the rocks. I think one of them just fell down. | | Posted Oct 3, 2012 12:18 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I remember so vividly these stones. They are really impressive, also because of their quantity. Attached to your great page also a few of my pictures.
Ciao!

Hasn't voted | Ciao Big Lew,
Very happy to read you and you like my last pictures. I took those about 15 days ago, during a short but lucky trip in the Dolomites! Good weather and superb light to catch photos.
Many thanks for visiting. All the best.
