| This is the place for some of the best views in all the Oly's, as well as aloneness. Wow, incredible approach with awesome vistas all around. Climbed it three times, and is best to camp and enjoy a whole day experience. On my last climb with my friend Kirk, we were caught on the west side of the summit in a thunderstorm. By the way, Hagen Lake should not be approached directly from the summit of this peak. Bushwacking requires at least two hours of downclimbing, around cliffs, and is nasty. Sweet memory though:) |
