Such a Poser

This is the view we had on our descent from Kit Carson and Challenger Point. There was a whole group of Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, but this guy stayed so we could get a picture of him. He kept posing in different angles so we could take lots of pictures. Mount Adams is the peak in the background. July 8th, 2010.

Born Poser

Some animals just seem to like posing - just so they can appear on SP.

Psychologists state that, recognising ones own image - in a mirror or reflection, is the determining factor of self-awareness. Interestingly, they state that only two species have this - homo sapiens and canines - dogs. Not man's closer relative, primates.

You know, when I heard about that, I went apeshit !!
