Summit Marker

This memorial plaque can be found on the summit of Arvals Peak, and was designed and placed by Arval's family. They later determined that the chances of gaining "official" naming status from the USGS's Board of Geographic Names would be more likely with the name "Arvals Peak". Efforts are currently underway to have this recognized as the official name of Peak 9704'.
