Summit Marmot

We shared the summit of Culebra with this marmot, he didn't seem to care we were there.

in the Alps marmots are generally shy and hard to get a photo of (except for a single colony near Saas-Fee)! American marmots seem to be much less shy. Why?

	Hasn't voted	I'm not sure, similiar animals like Pikas are very shy. Some marmots do keep their distance but I think this one didn't see us as a threat.
