| I had been wanting to visit this peak for several years. With a few extra morning hours prior to flying out, I took a chance with little information other than a street map. I was surprised to find such a great area and trail system. The Summit Trail should be renamed "Piestewa Peak Superhighway" due to the amount of people there. Awesome views. Great conditioning hike! | |

| Have climbed it many times. Sunrise and sunset are the best times to climb. There are not as many people and it is nice catching a sunrise at the top. Climbing at dark is quite an experience too. The city lights of Phoenix at night are amazing from here. | |
