Next time, we'll start a little earlier :-)
The car rental agent showed up an hour late, and it was quite a hard task to find the trailhead without signs or maps (which are hard to find on Crete). We barely made it out of the woods in time, if it had gotten dark 15 minutes earlier we would have gotten seriously lost. Not recommended.
