"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."

After RedcloudAnother easy 14er as Trisha and I approach finishing. My 53rd, her 52nd, Cimarron's 5th. Climbers who had come up the alternative route on the west side recommended against going down that way, so we re-traced our steps. Good trail all the way.

A great winter peakTried in Feb and got a late start when -5 temps stuffed us so far in our sleeping bags we didn't hear the alarm. The East Ridge is miserable sliding talus without snow cover. There is a magnificent East Bowl I want to come back and drop into some time.

With Handies and RedcloudBrutal talus slog and sketchy scree to reach the northwest face. Some fun scrambling on the ridge near the summit. Amazing views!

Redcloud and SunshineRedclound and Sunshine in the morning. Saw an elk at 14,000 feet, which I thought was odd. Attempted Handies after, but got stormed out. Bagged Handies the next day.
